He earned his Certified Professional Coach credential through training aligned with the International Coaching Federation, and achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster designation after delivering numerous motivational, leadership, and professional speeches.
Israel grew up in South Texas, working as a migrant worker from an early age. Instead of letting those circumstances define his future, he chose a different path, moved to San Antonio, and rebuilt his life — experiences that today give him a rare ability to connect with audiences and help others grow.
